What is Fiber over HDMI Extender and How Does It Work?
HDMI cables are an excellent convenience for an HDTV and complete solutions for home theater lovers who have multiple devices to connect. They transfer both digital audio and video without any signal loss. A single and easy-to-use cable can handle audio and digital copyright signals, and nowadays, many HDMI cables can carry internet signals.
There is only one problem with the HDMI cables, i.e., the standard length of these cables. The HDMI cable is either three or six feet. Using the HDMI matrix/extender set is almost the same way you use an electrical extension; male plugs are plugged into female sockets. That’s it! Your fiber over HDMI signal will not travel between the source device and the connected destination devices, with perfect audio and video quality, and internet signals.
